"The Time Machine"

MORLOCKS !!! 
Because this is such a classic almost generic theme for a float, it would be a nice Key West role-reversal twist on the idea if only the GIRLS were dressed as a sexy type of Morlocks – blue "Zentai" body suits with long white wigs, Fronnor EL glasses, heels, long nails and whips. (In the movie the Morlocks have whips). We are seeking 3 or 4 girls who would like to participate as PRINCIPLE CHARACTERS riding on the float. Not walkers, but riders positioned at the front of the float. PRINCIPLE CHARACTERS will require a 3-piece EXACT MATCHING COSTUMES and will cost approximately $44.30 If you decide you want to be a PRINCIPLE MORLOCK on the float you will need to order your costumes IMMEDIATELY since we only have about 2 weeks left until the parade. In the movie, the Morlocks have tiny light bulbs for eyes. Since they don’t really make glasses like that, the FRONNERS are a close second. We also have very safe very light weight “whips” for all the Morlocks so you can keep your Eloi in line without inflicting any permanent damage on them :-) If successful, this should prove to be a very distinct and modern twist to the Morlock legend, consistency and continuity play a major role in creating a matching TEAM, and is exactly what photographers are looking for when considering a signature photo for their audience and news outlets. The GUYS are dressed as Eloi. During the parade the girls torment and run rough shot over the guys, chasing them around the float and being generally terrifying but sexy and cute. When we get to the media stand our publicity photo is the guys in front on one knee cowering showing their best funniest scaredy-cat face, while the girls are in line behind snarling and giving their best funniest scary-monster face. Similar to what Ted Carric did back in 2012 but instead of Zombies, it’s Morlocks vs Eloi. Beads can be delivered to the build site where they will be labled and loaded on the float so you won't have to carry them through the line-up area. A suggested contribution of $25 dollars is appreciated but not required. Anyone is invited to join our crew free of charge as long as they have the correct costume. If you would like to donate beads to the float, they can be delivered to the build site where they will be labeled and transported on the float (so you don't have to carry them to the line up area). All other contributions, drinks, bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, sundries are appreciated. We are a small crew with a limited budget so every little bit helps. A starter supply of bottled water, soft drinks, beer, wine and a couple of deli trays (sandwich, cheese & fruit platters) will be provided.
