1). Black Top hat, Bowler hat, or Beret
2). White long sleeve shirt 3). White Pants (no shorts please) 4). White Suspenders 5). Black army boots (no tennis shoes or sandals please *Ladies, feel free to embellish with sexy black high-heel boots) 6). Eyeball Cufflinks (optional) 7). Ridiculously oversized cod-piece (optional) Doogie costumes will also be accessorized with giant neon green LIMES, glasses of MOLOKO PLUS with a twist, and MUSIC and SOUND EFFECTS from the movie.
