Use this code just before entering the hanger. You will hear an audio cue - ascending if it works, or descending if it doesn't. (it only works on altrnate attempts)
Enter the hanger and click catalog then press a key (1-9) and click done.
When you exit the hanger your helicopter should be parked outside.
